The founder of society Mr. Harjeet Singh started social work in 1996. He worked in field of heath, sports and educational reforms. With the support and encouragement from founder, the society launched the Computer Education Development Programme in 2002. The main motive of starting HTCI was to provide knowledge of computers to poor and unskilled people.
Society is also 9001:2008 & 9001:2015 certified . The Society started short terms Computer courses that are in high demand in Govt. and private sector. The aim of Society is provide Information Technology Programmes in every city, town and village at a very low fee structure.
